Great experience at Pep Boys in Kent. Desean and Mike were both extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated the customer service and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! Thanks again.

I had a great experience with this shop. They diagnosed and fixed the A/C in my car quickly and professionally. They gave me a fair price, and had my car blowing cold air again . The staff was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They have an Excellent customer service. Thank you Mike. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable automotive repairs, especially A/C service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Great super speedy quick service! Their online service is also pretty user friendly. Got an online appointment next day. Probably could have did it same day. Went in for just a Pre purchase inspection and they found very minor things and didn’t charge me! They already have some free services and since the car only has minor issues they said it was free of charge. Amazing quick service with great hospitality and customer service. They also actually pick up the phone to answer questions. No AI!

OMG!! I came here to have my tires rotated but a couple days after noticed an issue when turning left .. turned out there was a part hitting above my tire, which had happened when attempting to fix my bumper some time ago . These guys are so nice they were able to check out the problem and even fixed it for free within 15 mins!! I am beyond grateful. Great shop with kind people, highly recommended 🎯🙌🥰🥰

I can't recommend Pep Boys enough, especially Tony! I've been there a couple of times, and every visit has been fantastic. Tony is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond. I recently got my brakes and tires done, and the price was very affordable. His positive attitude and great energy make the whole experience even better. If you're looking for honest and reliable service, ask for Tony—he's the best!
